Chicken Kebabs in Yogurt Marinade
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs (700g) chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp ground cumin

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Marinade:
